RE-EDIT व ODC UTILITY मध्ये नव्याने करणेत आलेल्या सुधारणा दिनांक २. ऑगस्ट , २०१७

नमस्कार मित्रांनो ,
 अत्यंत महत्वाची सूचना –
सर्व वापरकर्ते यांचे पर्यंत पोहचवा  गेल्या आठ दिवसात आलेल्या FEEDBACK प्रमाणे  (24.07.2017 till 01.08.2017) RE EDITव ODC मध्ये खालील सुधारणा आज RELEAS करणेत आल्या आहेत

  RE-EDIT MODULE
1.Allowing of Namanjur cases of Re-Edit for Khata Processing  of Re-edit earlier version (phase-I) – Reported by Thane
  2.Allowing of Pik Pahani confirmed cases for Khata Processing  of Re-Edit of Re-edit earlier version (phase-I) – Reported by Thane
 3.Relaxation of Ahwal 1,3,6,14,23 in Tapasani Suchi for Declaration of Declaration-II work 4.Correction of Anneawari Ahwal (No consideration of Area in such cases, Pure annewari 7/12s only)
 5.Report to show discrepancy if there are Tenures other than 4 Tenures (I, II, Sarkar and Sarkari Pattedar)
6.Revenue Year Consideration for Ahwal 14 and 23 (From 1st Aug of a year year shown will be current year dash current year + 1, till July 31st of a year it will be shown as current year -1 dash current year
 7.Consideration of 7/12s for Re-edit where there are no khatedars or all khatedars are marked []
 8.Alert for declaration if DBA or Tahsildar is not registered as of now. If there are multiple DBA or Tahsildars for athsil registered as LIVE, then care should be taken to keep on the present DBA or Tahsildar as LIVE and transfer / retire or use other appropriate status for others
9.एडीट ला रिनेम केलेमुळे एक डेड व एक लाईव्ह नाव राहिले आहे त्याचा एक अहवाल जनरेट करून without any disturbance तो अहवाल निरंक करता येणेची सुविधा देनेत यावी – Facility is already present in Edit module. Same facility can be used to remove re-edit discrepancy

    ODC- ONLINE DATA  CORRECTION  MODULE -
1.Removal of bug for Summary Report - तलाठी लोगिनचा अहवाल-१ व ODC मधिल तालुका समरी अहवालमध्ये तफावत दिसते   - This is corrected, However, DBA has to refresh this ahwal before opening taluka summary report
 2.7/12 व  खाता रजिस्टर मधील खात्यावरील नावांचा फरक - एडीट ला रिनेम केलेमुळे एक डेड व एक लाईव्ह नाव राहिले आहे त्याचा एक अहवाल जनरेट करून without any disturbance तो अहवाल निरंक करता येणेची सुविधा देनेत यावी – Option is provided in Edit module – needs to check in sw for app_name
 3.खाता रजिस्टरमध्ये चुकीचे निवडलेले खाता प्रकार - ए.पु./अविभक्त कुटुंब खाते / अशा खाते प्रकारामध्ये किती नावे असावेत याबाबत चेक लाव्नेची आवश्यकता नाही. – Done in Ahwal 7
  4.चुकीच्या पद्धतीने भरलेले सर्व्हे क्रमांक. – Below both cases are now handled  - सर्व्हे नंबरमध्ये स्पेस असलेले सर्व्हे नंबर सदर अहवालमध्ये दाखवावे.  - बंद झालेले ७/१२ सदर अहवालामध्ये दाखवू नये.
5.   6.खाता रजिस्टरमध्ये असलेले परंतु 7/12 वर नसलेले खाते क्रमांक - इ –फेरफार मधील नविन तयार खाती या अहवालात दर्शवू नयेत - तसेच odc मध्ये सादर खाते रिमुव्ह करतेवेळी जे निवडले तेच नष्ट व्हावेत ,या ठिकाणी एक निवडल तर सगळेच नष्ट होतात – Both issues mentioned here are fixed now – New option is provided as खाता मास्टर मधून नष्ट झालेले खाते क्रमांक पूर्ववत करणे
 7.सामाईक खात्यामधील नावांचे क्षेत्र  0 % अथवा 100 % नसलेल्या खातेदारांची यादी - या अहवालामध्ये लागवडीलायक अधिक पोटखराब क्षेत्र विचरात घ्यावे – Already exists – if anyone has found any discrepancy in this regard, same may be given for analysis
 8.सर्वे नंबर निहाय आणेवारी असलेल्या खातेदारांची यादी. - फक्त आणेवारी असलेले ७/१२ दाखवावेत. आणेवारी व क्षेत्र असलेले ७/१२ दाखवू नयेत. – This is done, only annewari 7/12s are considered wihere area against khatedar is zero
9.शुन्य क्षेत्र असलेले 7/12 वरील चालु खाता क्रमांक. - या अहवालामध्ये लागवडीलायक अधिक पोटखराब क्षेत्र विचरात घ्यावे - – Already exists – if anyone has found any discrepancy in this regard, same may be given for analysis
10.पुढील वर्षासाठी पिक पाहणीचा Data Copy झालेले सर्वे क्रमांक. –
     १)  २०१७/१८ पुढील वर्षाची पिक पाहणी डी.बी.ए लोगिन ने नष्ट करुनही अहवाल मध्ये दाखवितो
  २)  पिक पाहणी २०१६/१७ पर्यंतच असतानाही अहवाल मध्ये दाखवितो  यामध्ये देखील सुधारणा करण्यात आली आहे .
