       दिनांक 20.५.२०२१ च्या परिपत्रकान्वये संगणकीकृत वारस नोंदवही व तक्रार नोंदवही सुविधा आज दिनांक २१.५.२०२१ पासून खालीलं टेस्ट साईटवर उपलब्ध करून दिली आहे , कृपया वापरून feedback द्यावा

Workflow document for Waras Nondwahi  through PDE Entry

Module :  Eferfar

Role : Talathi

Steps :

Get logged in eferfar with servarthid and password , along with digital signature verification.

Select the village.

Select  Menu  as Dashboard -> Dashboard (PDE)

Click on ‘Import PDE DATA’ button.

Dashbord get display.

Click on ‘ View Application’ to  view application.

Application get dispaly

Click on ‘View attachments’ to view documents.

Click on ‘File Paha’ to view documents

Click on ‘Arj Sathava’ button to save the PDE Entry.

Message get display as ‘Mahiti Sathawali’.

Click on ‘Waras Nondwahi Paha v Sathava’ button to view the tapshil of 6C entry.

View the waras nondwahicha tapshil  and click on ‘Sathava’ button.

Confirmation  alert message get popuped. Click on Ok .

Click on ‘waras nondwahi paha va sathava’ button.

Message get popuped as in formation saved along with waras nondwahi kramank.

Click on  Ferfarachi Mahiti BharaneàWaras Nond à gaon namuna 6 C - waras nondwahi sambandi dasataevaj upload karane / Baghane

Select the waras nondwahi kramank .

View the uploaded documents and give remark.

Click on ‘Kam Samplayachi Ghoshana Karane’ button.

Confirmation message get popuped. Click on “OK” to continue.

Message get popuped as ‘Kam samplyachi ghoshana karnyat aali aahe’.

Select Menu  as  Ferfarachi Mahiti Bharne à Waras Nond à Gav namuna 6 C- Waras nondwahi bagahne  to view the waras nondwahi.

Click on ‘Baghane’ .

Warasnondwahi get display.

Role : Circle Officer.

Select village.

Select menu  Waras Nond à gaon namuna 6 C – waras nondvahi sambandhi dastaevaj uplod karane / baghane

Select Waras nondwahi kramank

See one by one all uploaded documents.

Tick the remark ‘Ferfara sambandhi upload kelele sarv dastaevaj pahile aahet ’.

Give  remark and Click on ‘Ferfar sambandhi upload kelele sarv dastaevaj pahile aahet’.

Confirmation  message get popuped. Click on ‘OK’ to continue.

Message get popuped.

Select menu  Waras Nond à gaon namuna 6 C – waras nondvahichi Mahiteche  pramanikaran .

Select the village

Dashboard get display.

Tick the row of waras nondwahi kramank and click on waras nondwahi button.

View the wars nondwahi  6 C

 Select the remark and click on sathava button.

Click on ‘Padatalani Suchi’ button.

Select the padtalani suchi options and click on ‘Sathva’ button.

Message get display.

Click on ‘Waras Nondwahi Pramanit Karane’.

Message get popuped as ‘Waras register tharav kramank :423 karita ferfar kramank : 411 yogyritya  nondvinyat aala aahe’  .

To view waras nondwahi select Menu as Waras Nond à Gaon namuna 6 C – Waras nondwahi baghane

Click on  baghane .

Waras nondwahi get display.

 Role : Talathi.

To view the  waras ferafar on dashboard select menu as  ‘Dashboard’à ‘Dashboar(eFerfar)’ .

Dashboard get display.

Click on ‘Nontice n bajawalele’ button .

Ferfar display on dashboard. Click on  ‘Purvavlokan’ to view the preview of 7/12.

Purvavlokan get display. Check the effects.

Continue the further workflow same as waras ferfar till the certification .
