नमस्कार मित्रांनो , 

विषय -समस्या निराकरण मधून काय काय अडचणी सोडविता येतील ? 

         ई फेरफार प्रणाली मध्ये दिलेलेल्या समस्या निराकरण मधून काय काय अडचणी सोडविता येतील ? ह्याचा गोषवारा आपले माहितीसाठी सोबत दिला आहे . कृपया समजून घ्या व इतरांना समजून सांगा .

समस्या निराकरण
1.       eFerfar -समस्या निराकरण  Menu - Option 1. नवीन ७/१२ पूर्वतयारी
Issue Descriptions	1. At the time of ferfar creation get error message as "'माहिती उपलब्ध नाही ." 2. form7_area,form7_khata ,form7_orights and form7_mut_no pkey error. 3. नविन ७/१२ तयार करताना Reverse integrity चा मेसेज येतो .
Issue Solution	This option is given to talathi login .In that choose surveywise checkbox and enter survey number .  1)In this facility we will check data integrity.  We have check form7 have no records but records found in form7_area,form7_khata ,form7_orights and form7_mut_no.Remove this records from respective tables.  2)Also Provide new faclity where "आदेशाने जुना ७/१२ बंद व नवीन पोट हिस्सा तयार करणे"  mutation which is rejected ,But user want to take new same mutation  that time as per logic there are no records in mut_kharedi_buyer.So we are remove mut_kharedi_buyer records.
2.       eFerfar - समस्या निराकरण Menu - Option 2. १५५ त्रुटी
Issue Descriptions	1.       खाता दुरुस्ती करता येत नाही.सदर गटावर फेरफार प्रलबिंत आहे असा मॅसेज येतो. 2.       आदेशाने जुना ७/१२ बंद करणे या मध्ये सदर ७/१२ दिसत नाही. 3.        चूक दुरुस्ती मध्ये फेरफार तयार होत नाही. 4.       नविन ७/१२ तयार करताना Reverse integrity चा मेसेज येतो. 5.        ग.न. वर नविन फेरफार घेतांना फेरफार क्र xxx  प्रलंबीत दाखवत आहे.
Issue Solution	1.This script for all 155 muation.Delete records from table  tbl_155 where 155 processing table having certify status and also mut_kharedi have certify status .     However, data are still available in  tbl_155 table therefore delete records from tbl_155 table. 2. Delete records from mut_kharedi_buyer which have buyer doc type 61 and reject the mutation .These caeses happen at the time of creation of new 7/12 using "आदेश व दस्तावेज"  and "आदेशाने जुना ७/१२ बंद व नवीन पोट हिस्सा तयार करणे"  mutation.  3. Insert records in tbl_closesurveyopennewsurvey prcossing table  that are rejected mutation and user want to take new same fresh mutation.In that case records insert in history table and delete from processing table.   4. Insert records in tbl_newsurvey prcossing table  that are rejected mutation and user want to take new same fresh mutation.In that case records insert in history table and delete from processing table.   5. Rejection flag are not updated correctly for mut type 100,101,115,117,120 .Table mut_kharedi have records as or_code4=3,so we are updated as or_code1 = 4 and or_code4 = 2.  6. If we update the records whose report_status is generated but dis_tah_sevarthid and tah_sevarthid are blank, we update edit_mut_new_cdm and edit_mut_new_cd or report_status makes it blank.  7.  "१५५ च्या आदेशाने मंजुर फेरफारांची चुक दुरुस्ती फेरफार"  mutation having flag are not updated properly so We update records which have approval_flag = true and report_status blank in edit_mut_kd as approval_flag = false, report_status = blank, approve_flag = blank tahsildar_sevarthid = blank  8. "चुक दुरुस्ती फेरफार"  mutation having flag are not updated properly so  We update the records which have approval_flag = true and report_status blank in edit_mut_cd as approval_flag = blank , report_status = blank, approve_flag = blank tahsildar_sevarthid = blank  9.Table 155 having not synchronize records as compare to 155 processing table.Processing table having  approval_flag = true so we update records approve = true in tbl_155 table.  10.खाता दुरुस्ती करता येत नाही.सदर गटावर फेरफार प्रलबिंत आहे असा मॅसेज येतो.  "आदेशाने खाता दुरुस्ती"  having data available in edit_mut_kd table but not avaiable in mut_kharedi table .  11.Delete records from tbl_tah_permission where records are certified but still present in this table .So In that case insert records in history table remove from regular table where records are certified.  12.Flag are set properly in "चुक दुरुस्ती फेरफार" and "१५५ च्या आदेशाने मंजुर फेरफारांची चुक दुरुस्ती फेरफार" in respective processing tables.edit_mut_no=0  where edit_mut_no<> 0 .  13.Certification flag are updated in mutregister for "१५५ च्या आदेशाने मंजुर फेरफारांची चुक दुरुस्ती फेरफार"  which are not records present in processing table(edit_mut_new_cdm)  and tbl_155 having wrong_effects=true.
3.        eFerfar - समस्या निराकरण Menu - Option3. प्रमाणीकरण डॅशबोर्ड त्रुटी
Issue Description		1.       फेरफार प्रमाणित करण्यास असलेल्या dashboard मध्ये फेरफार क्रमांक दिसून येतो परन्तु फेरफार निवडल्या नंतर प्रमाणित करण्यास सर्वे दिसत नाही. 2.        १५५ च मंडळ अधिकारी प्रमाणीकरण (फेरफार निहाय) mis मध्ये प्रलंबित दिसतात 3.         या फेरफार मधील सर्वे वर नविन फेरफार घेताना सदर फेरफार चे मंडळ अधिकारी यांचे मार्फत कन्फर्मेशन बाकी आहे असा मेसेज येत आहे.
Issue Solution		This option is given to Circle login .In that choose villagewise checkbox and select mutation number.  1)In this facility we will check all survey  in particular mutation which having certify status and also having Circle shera.But mut_status_status code not yet 0.
4.       eFerfar - समस्या निराकरण Menu - Option 4. नोटीस संबंधी त्रृटी
Issue Description		1 .नोटीस बजावल्याची माहिती साठवली गेली नाही.
Issue Solution		This option is given to Talathi login .In that choose mutationwise checkbox and enter mutation number.  1)In this facility we will check single quotes in notice_names and new_notice_names table.Remove single quotes.
