Re-Edit module – Conditions and Checks Document
1. It is allowed to take only Edit module Certified or Edit module Confirmed 7/12s for making changes in survey numbers in Re-Edit module. If a 7/12 is not Certified or Confirmed in Edit module, then one has to first Confirm or Certify the 7/12 in Edit module before taking up any changes in Re-Edit module for that 7/12
2. Before allowing any Khata processing activity on a Khata, it is checked that the survey numbers on which this Khata is present is not in uncertified state in eferfar, Edit, SRO Linkage or ODU modules
3. During Khata Processing it is checked that the Khata taken up is not taken up for Ekatrikaran or Khata vibhagani at the same time
4. Once declaration-I is done, one can not work on Khata processing option even for those khatas whose work was not done earlier. Khata processing, Ekatrikaran and Vibhagani are all closed.
5. For doing declaration-I, it is mandatory to make corrections for at least one Khata. This is compulsory
6. Before taking up Survey number (7/12) corrections, there is check for Declaration-I to be completed. Unless Declaration-I is complete, one can not take up 7/12 corrections
7. As part of Declaration II work – one has to complete all pending survey number corrections that were not done in Edit module like Area-Unit changes for NA 7/12, 7/12s where unit and Area do not match, 7/12s not taken up for 1-C etc as per 24 point suchi – all corrections are to be completed
8. After doing declaration II it is allowed to do 7/12 corrections for the missed out 7/12s till the time Declaration III is made
9. Declaration II will now be made by DBA and not Talathi
10. Declaration III will be made by Tahsildar in User Creation using Bio-Metric
11. After Declaration III, Khata processing, 7/12 corrections will be totally closed
12. To avoid the scenario of Blank 7/12, one has to keep atleast one Khata on a 7/12
13. In Khata delete option, madetory check of keeping atleast one Khata on 7/12 is present
14. In name deletion option, if the 7/12 is having only 1 khata, then check is present to keep atleast one name on such Khata
