Background Information

The Ahwal-I which shows the discrepancy in areas of 7/12 and those of owners on 7/12 for the mismatch in area is hereby decided by Government to be made available for taking ferfars (mutations) which so far were stopped. Pl see SC Office letter at the end of this document for reference.

7/12 having Ahwal-I discrepancy:-

Such 7/12s were till now stopped in eFerfar from taking mutations. Now, with following information displayed to talathi, circle officers, SROs and citizens, they are allowed to be taken for mutation. It is the responsibility of SRO in case of Registered Documents to make the citizens / purchasers aware of this area mismatch between 7/12 and owners area so that the purchaser can decide to purchase such Ahwal-I discrepancy land or not. Citizens should be made aware of this discrepancy by concerned Talathi & Circle Officer and made cautious while taking any transactions on such lands Following ALERT is provided when such 7/12s are viewed in any of the eFerfar modules
