5.       Bulk Data Signing Module - Development of stored  procedure which processes offline dead entries and remove / hide the same while delivery of  RoR with development  of Dashboard for  confirmation as part of Bulk DSP module.

6.       LrRoRService Web service - New  Web method added to service which returning all assigned villages of  any talathi/ circle for village website.

7.       Web services to push data to eMahabhumi Server are developed -  Development of  web method  to handle Crop data Signing to push data to eMahabhumi Server is developed

8.       Data Signing with features to sign only changed data i.e. RoR data i.e ownership data post mutation or Crop Data post   crop updation is developed. Three new dashboards are introduced          1. First Time Signing,       2. Post Mutation Signing,  3. Post Crop data changes

34.   Development of Khata Correction Rejection flow  for those survey numbers on which khata Correction's work is initiated but mean while other mutation is taken before certification of this Khata Correction Mutation and also certified, Khata Correction mutation will be forcefully rejected as the other mutatio may have khata related changes which were  initiated in Khata Correction Mutation

35.   New RoR Creation if is rejected for some reason, then provision to re-allow creation of the said RoR through Order Mutation – this new facility is now provided

36.   Provided facility to allow fresh mutation on such survey numbers which were taken as Section-155 mutation and were Rejected by Circle Officer

37.   Survey numbers having big area along with ahwal descripancy (without unit mismatch  and n - times ahwal 1 descripancy ) are allowed to take a Section-155 mutation with approval of Tahsildar

38.   Check of Big Area is removed for Secton-155 Discrepancy Report-1 Correction mutation and  also for Section-155 Unit Correction mutation  so that if area or unit of area correction on such survey numbers is to be done, it can be allowed.

39.   Workflow of sending request by talathi to confirm the survey numbers having big area are correct for approval of tahsildar is made available in two ways :

   1. With display of list of all eligible survey numbers for selection.

   2. Request by survey number

40.   New Section-155 mutation to remove sub tenure of survey numbers having tenure type as 'Class -1' is now provided

41.   Discrepancy Correction Report on incorrectly written survey numbers is exempted for Correction Mutation as marked by Circle Officer

42.  Development  of integration of Post mutation signing  in eferfar as part of circle login.

This facility is also provided for filtered village and also for specific mutation type

55.   In mutation wise  existing dashboard displaying of only those villages for which requests from talathi have been received for approval of Section-155 mutations is developed. Earlier, all villages were shown irrespective of reqesuts from those villages have come or not

56.   The Section-155 Pre-Order (Parishist) has been revamped to include more meaningful details according to each Section – 155 mutation type as per changes suggested by State Coordinator, eFerfar including corrections in overall order information being generated.

57.   Mutation Register Changes for  'Close existing RoR and opening new RoRs mutation . Added owners name in deal as per suggestions given by State Coordinator, eFerfar.

58.   Development of Master Table for providing reasons as to why the mutation of 'Close existing RoR and opening new RoRs mutation’ has  been effected. This is necessitated due to AkarPhod, KaJaPa, Amalgamation etc

59.   Development  of new mutation of creation of new RoR without closing an existing one – By Order of Tahsildar. This is necessitated due to river basin closure, Agriculture to Non-Agriculture land conversion etc

60.   Development of new Section-155 mutation for removing sub type for Tenure-I lands i.e. removal of Restrictions for Tenure-I lands. Primarily  Tenure-I lands are restriction free lands but in few places they have restrictions of Tribal land and land cultivators (Owners giving land for cultivation to others)

63.   Development of eFerfar MIS as per new inputs received from State Coordinator with removal of non relevant information, more focus on pending work, period wise pendency of Talathi and Circle Officer,  separation of completed and incomplete work rather than showing them together, MIS on Digitally Signed RoRs distribution Progress, MIS on RoRs distributed  by Talathi from eFerfar-DDM module, etc

64.   Document Processing order of SRO mutations is made as per Document Received Information (Stamp-5) data

65.   Creation of all associated objects on district databases using Maintenance Application
