सन २०१८ मध्ये केलेल्या महत्वाच्या सुधारणा

नमस्कार मित्रांनो , आपल्याला हे माहीतच आहे कि आपण वापरत असलेल्या ई फेरफार प्रणाली व अन्य MODULE मध्ये अनेक सुधारणा माझा जिल्हा व विभागिय स्थरावरील प्रशिक्षण वर्गाचेवेळी सुचविल्या होत्या . अचूक संगणकीकृत ७/१२ व ८ अ आठी अनेक नवीन अहवाल सुचविण्यात आले अनेक नवीन सुविधा जसे एडीट , री एडीट , क १५५ अंतर्गत दुरुस्त्यांची सुविधा देण्यात आल्या . डाटाबेस मध्ये सुधारणा करण्यासाठी व आपल्या मागणी व विनंती प्रमाणे NIC च्या टीम ने सकारात्मक प्रतिसाद देवून मा जमाबंदी आयुक्त व अप्पर मुख्य सचिव महसूल यांचे मान्यतेने खालील प्रमाणे १०० ठळक सुधारणा / सुविधा ई फेरफार व अन्य MODULE मध्ये सन २०१८ या एका वर्षात करणेत आल्या . त्या आपल्या पर्यंत पोहोचविण्यासाठी मी स्वतः ६००० पेक्षा जास्त तालुकास्थरीय MASTER TRAINERS यांना विभागीय मुख्यालयाच्या ठिकाणी प्रशिक्षण देनेत आले व माझ्या ब्लॉगवर २५० पेक्षा जास्त लेख / मार्गदर्शक सूचना देयून तसेच ४५ WHATS APP च्या ग्रुप च्या माध्यमातून अडचणी सोडविण्याचा प्रयत्न केला आहे . हे सर्व केल्या नंतर तरी ZERO TOLERANCE TO ERROR हे तत्व मानून अचूक संगणकीकृत ७/१२ व ८ अ आपण जनतेला उपलब्ध करून देवू अशी अपेक्षा आहे . आपला रामदास जगताप सन २०१८ मध्ये केलेल्या सुधारणा / दिलेल्या सुविधा ( या फक्त ठळक सुधारणा / सुविधा आहेत ) List of Important 100 Developments Completed 1. Edit and Re-Edit – Improvements to handle big data for Haveli, Karveer 37. ई-फेरफार मध्ये D3 झाले नंतर खाता एकत्रीकरण ची सोय द्यावी. 38. ई-फेरफार आज्ञावलीमध्ये “राजपत्रात नावात बदल” या टेप्लेट याप्रमाणे “आदेशाने नावात दुरुस्ती” अशी स्वतंत्र टेप्लेट देण्यात यावी 39. गाव नमुना १क मध्ये पो.ख. क्षेत्र चे दाखवण्यात यावे. 40. SRO कडून आलेले दस्त अनुक्रमाने फारर्वड करण्याची सुविधा मिळावी. 41. ई-फेरफार मध्ये भो.वर्ग-२ जमिनीचे ७/१२ असल्यास “आदेशाने जुन्या खात्यात नावे समाविष्ट करणे” हा फेरफारामधुन फेरफार शिवाय कलम १५५ च्या आदेशाने घेता येत नाही. सदर ७/१२ साठी आदेश असल्याने अशा नोंदी घेता याव्यात 42. हक्कसोड करताना वर्ग -२ च्या जमिनीबाबत चेक असु नये. 43. राज्यात ब-याच ठिकाणी ई-फेरफार आज्ञावलीमध्ये मंडळ अधिकारी यांनी फेरफार मंजुर केल्यानंतर असे निदर्शानास आले की ७/१२ वर झालेला अमल योग्य आहे. परंतु नजर चुकीने तलाठीद्वारे भरलेला फेरफाराचा तपशिल किंवा मंडळ अधिकारी यांच्याद्वारे भरलेला शेरा चुकीचा आहे तरी अशा फेरफाराची तहसिलदार यांच्या कलम १५५ च्या आदेशाने दुरुस्ती करण्याची सुविधा मिळावी. 44. ई-फेरफार आज्ञावलीमध्ये “आदेशाने जुन्या खात्यात नावे समाविष्ट करणे” व “कलम १५५ च्या खात्यात दुरुस्ती” या टेप्लेटमध्ये भो.वर्ग-२ (१क) जमिनी असल्यास तहसिलदार यांच्या मान्यतेचा चेक आहे तरी सदर फेरफार हा आदेशाने घेत असल्यामुळे तहसिलदार यांच्या मान्यतेची आवश्यकता कमी करण्यात यावी. 45. सरकार जमिनीच्या व्यवहारासाठी तहसिलदार लोगिन मधुन Permission chi सुविधा उपलब्ध व्हावी - Mutations on Tenure - Government and Government Lessee and Tenure-1 with sub types (for all mutations as these sub types were recently added) are stopped for Aadhesh Mutation. They are already stopped for other mutations. Now they will be allowed through Tahsildar Permission as is done for 1-C lands 46.
